NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (UE) 2016/ 679 TO RECEIVE THE PERIODICAL MAGAZINE PNEURAMA

 

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, EDIT PROM SRL, with registered office at Via Emilia 41/B, 40011 Anzola Emilia (BO), Italy, 051 6424004, email: pneurama@pneurama.com, acting as Data Controller, hereby informs users about the processing of personal data resulting from their request to receive the periodic magazine Pneurama.

Data Controller

Data Subjects

Users of the information services offered by the editorial office of Pneurama who are interested in receiving the periodical magazine PNEURAMA free of charge.

Processed data

Navigation, identification and contact data shall be processed as they imply consent to their use in order to carry out the sending of the periodical magazine Pneurama, as requested. The so provided data shall be used with computer and digital tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, shall be stored only for the period in which the service is active.

Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data entered in the subscription form and voluntarily provided by users shall be processed for the purpose of sending the periodical magazine Pneurama, as requested. During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire some personal data, which are then automatically transmitted when using Internet communication protocols.

These data, which are necessary to use the web services, are also processed in order to: obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); check the correct functioning of the services offered.

Nature of the provision and legal basis for processing

The provision of data is compulsory, and any refusal to answer shall make it impossible for the Data Controller to process the request to send the periodical magazine Pneurama. The legal basis for the processing is to be found in Art. 6, letter b) of the GDPR, i.e. taking steps at the request of the Data Subject prior to entering into a contract.

 

 

Processing methods

Data are processed by means of computer procedures, digital means or paper supports by internal or external persons, specifically appointed and authorised for this purpose and committed to confidentiality. Data are processed and stored using tools that guarantee their security, integrity and confidentiality through the adoption of appropriate security measures, as provided for by the law.

Storage periods

Data shall be kept until Data Subjects' request to object to being sent the newsletter and their wish to opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each communication or by using any other method periodically made available for this purpose.

Communication, disclosure, and transfer

The collected data shall not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with any third parties without the express consent of the Data Subjects, except in the event of disclosure to authorised third parties, committed to confidentiality or appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The complete and up-to-date list of Data Processors can be obtained, on request, as indicated herein. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities, in compliance with the applicable law.

No transfer of data outside the European Union is envisaged.

Data Subjects' rights

Data Subjects are entitled, at any time, to access their personal data, to ask for them to be corrected, updated and deleted. It is also possible to object to or limit their processing.

Furthermore, should the processing be deemed to have been carried out in breach of personal data protection legislation, a complaint may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority, at Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy.
