Cooper Tire Europe adds the new All Terrain Cooper Discoverer A/T3 Sport 2 to its product range

Cooper Tire Europe expanded its product offering with the launch of a new all-terrain and all-season tires: Cooper Discoverer A/T3 Sport 2. Developed for 4x4 and SUVs, the tire offers the perfect balance between on-road stability and off-road capability. It is also ready to tackle any winter condition, with 3PMSF (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake) and M+S (Mud and Snow) marking for harsh winter conditions and slippery roads. Cooper's 4x4 and SUV product range features tires for a wide variety of conditions, from muddy fields to rocky surfaces, from extreme heat to winter weather conditions. The main features of the A/T3 Sport 2 include a new compound that contributes to a 3% improvement in wet grip compared to its predecessor - the Cooper Discoverer A/T3 Sport, as well as a 'C' rating for wet braking. A sturdy tread pattern and a new compound offer greater resistance to cuts and abrasions. Cooper achieved these results following an extensive testing program at the Mira Technology Park in the UK and the dedicated Cooper Tire test centre in Texas, USA. In addition to improved wet grip and superior resistance, the A/T3 Sport 2 offers enhanced sidewall protection. A new compound protects against the effects of ozone and UV degradation, while a stain-resistant sidewall protects the white lettering from fading. In addition to the new A/T3 Sport 2, Cooper offers an effective year-round solution for cars and SUVs with the Cooper Discoverer All-Season. Designed for use in all conditions, the tire boasts a 'B' rating on the EU wet braking label: the side grooves evacuate water more effectively. The latest all-season silica and resin technology ensures greater grip over a wide temperature range. An advanced tread structure provides an even footprint for less wear and tear.
