Brussels creates the ADPA - European Association of Data Publishers


The car repair sector hails the birth of a new European association. On January 21, in Brussels,  the ADPA (Automotive Data Publishers Association) was created, following an initiative of a group of European publishers of technical data in order to ensure a fair and competitive access to technical information and promote fair competition. This is to enable publishers to offer innovative, complete, and up to date databases vital for the sector, especially for multi-brand garages.
Well-known brands on the market stand out in the list of founding members: Autodata, Robert Bosch GmbH, HaynesPro, Hella Gutman Solutions, Sator Holding LKQ and TecRMI.
The vice president of ADPA, Peter Van der Galiën  of HaynesPro stated: "ADPA, by ensuring that independent operators get all the information they need, will enable freedom of choice for both motorists and independent garages" .
