During Eicma 2024, Brembo showcased a series of new products designed for motorcycles. These include the PRO and PRO+ packages, front brake systems for super-sport motorcycles, the new Distincta brake and clutch master cylinders and M4.32 calliper for the Touring Adventure segment. These products are the result of extensive research and design work to meet the most demanding requirements of two-wheel enthusiasts.
PRO Package front braking system 
Brembo PRO Package front brake is composed of a T-Drive finned disc and a nickel plated Hypure calliper. Featuring a superbike-sized disc (338.5x6.2 mm vs. the standard 330x5 mm), it offers increased surface area through finning to more effectively dissipate heat and maintain lower operating temperatures. The excellent heat dissipation prevents brake fade, securing consistent stopping power even in demanding conditions. Brembo's TDrive brake disc with its "T" pin design optimizes efficiency, reduces weight, and enhances braking performance under extreme conditions.
PRO+ Package front braking system
Brembo PRO+ Package front brake is composed of a T-Drive finned disc and a GP4 Sport Production brake calliper. Born on the racetrack, this billet aluminium monobloc brake calliper was crafted from a solid block of premium aluminium using precision CNC machining to reduce the weight. The nickel plating, in addition to corrosion resistance, effectively dissipates heat generated during braking, ensuring consistent performance under the most extreme conditions. A distinctive element is the introduction of ventilation fins on the outer body. These significantly improve the thermal exchange of the braking system, favouring the cooling of the calliper and making it ideal for high-end sport use. The air circulates efficiently thanks to the movement of the vehicle and the rotation of the brake discs and the wheel, guaranteeing optimal cooling. The design of the GP4 Sport Production brake calliper emphasizes its racing derivation by combining the ventilation fins with the nickel-plating treatment, making it the perfect choice for those seeking exceptional performance and sporty design.
Distincta brake and clutch master cylinder
The Distincta brake master cylinder and clutch’s design blends aesthetically with any motorcycle, while its customizable features speak to any riders’ preferences. For the brake master cylinder, one of its features is the hidden lever fixing pin, which ensures a clean and uncluttered look. This innovative design contributes to the exceptional lightness of the Distincta brake master cylinder. Stroke precision is a key aspect in a brake master cylinder. The optimal adjustment of the free stroke provides the rider with a ready and precise lever, ensuring the best possible performance in any condition. To improve ergonomics, the product is equipped with an innovative and practical lever position adjustment system to manage the distance from the handlebar.
M4.32 brake calliper
The M4.32 brake calliper features a monobloc construction and provides exceptional stiffness and strength, ensuring great braking power and control. Ease of handling was a key consideration in the M4.32 brake calliper’s development. The ingenious pad replacement system allows riders to replace brake pads without removing the calliper from the bike. Even in the most demanding conditions, this brake calliper delivers consistent braking performance thanks to its ability to dissipate heat, ensuring reliable stopping power even at high temperatures. The result is a calliper that maintains its performance throughout long rides and demanding track sessions.
